Mark was very helpful throughout the entire process of selling my father's home in Garden Ridge after he passed. He was always available to answer questions about the process and the "what if's" in contract negotiations. We had an older home to sell that had lots of issues on 2.5 acres of beautiful treed land. It took special people to see the potential of our (70's dated interior) home, and we were so pleased with the outcome. Mark went beyond the normal realtor services, even offering to handle selling or donating the last piece of furniture we had not moved out of the house at the end!!
